Philippe Boss joins CIGP Group as Board Member of our Swiss entity
CIGP continues its strengthening and consolidation with the onboarding on Philippe Boss as Board Member of our Swiss entity.
Philippe is a partner at MLL Law firm in Switzerland where he focuses on advising respectively representing a clientele ranging from financial institutions, commodity trading companies and SMEs to private individuals. In the context of civil, administrative, and criminal investigations, litigations and arbitrations, Philippe advises and represents clients on financial, commercial, personal and/or reputational matters, as well as criminal and administrative cases. He also advises sport governing bodies on ethics, disciplinary and governance matters.
Philippe attended the Faculty of Law at the Universities of Lausanne, Salamanca and Zurich, graduating with a Master’s degree and a PhD in Law. He is admitted to the Swiss bar.
